1st General Rules

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany have to be followed.

Please observe the following rules if you want to write contributions at this board. These rules also apply to all other fora of this board.

Disregard can draw a criminal following after itself ..

2nd Be kind to each other

We communicate with other people here, therefore we ask you of insults, insults or similar to refrain. At disdain of the decent tone you must calculate with admonition, caution or exclusion. Offending other board-members has an immediate deletion of the contribution and a lock of the user as consequence.

This applies forum areas, that is also the Shoutbox of the forum to everyone.
Also speak there themselves some users by mutual agreement talk about the rules of the decency cautions and other sanctions only imposed are if somebody feels insulted. In this case the person affected (insulted) consults an (S) Mod or (Co.) admin by means of PM with detail of the time and/or quotation from the Shoutbox, please.

Here once again an insistent warning to everyone who have a harder mode of expression operate: please be sure that your talking partner understands your mode of expression!

3rd Every author is itself responsible for the contents of his contribution!

The forum owner does not take on responsibility for the statements of third parties. A contribution represents merely the view/opinion of the respective user which does not have to coincide with the opinion of the forum owner.

Racialist, (extreme) political, sexist, sex-specific, offending, attacking or such contributions are not permitted and are deleted without comment!

The particularly following contents are forbidden:
 The distribution of propaganda means of unconstitutional unions (§ 86 StGB).
 The distribution of pornographic documents and representations (§ 184 StGB).
 Involving the request for criminal offences or himself in it.
 The publication of material which slanders, insults or threatens other users.

4th No glorification of violence!

The distribution, linking and illustration glorify "grave" force and violence is forbidden and will be punished with admonition, caution or exclusion!

5th distance for all faith and religion quarrellings.

Everybody has his faith and his religion and is absolutely senseless to argue about this, discussions about it getting out of control are deleted without comment!

6th discrimination

Become the discrimination of minorities and physical or mentally handicapped not tolerated and punished with admonition, caution or exclusion!

7th Don’t force your opinion upon other users!

It does not make sense to argue about opinions. Desired, quarrel are not discussion. Everybody has its view of the things. Therefore one should as ", this will do so and so " or "I am the only one who is right" contribution etc. avoid because they lead to disputes inevitably rubbish. One verbalises the whole, how "...in my opinion . . ", or "my view is the things ...", this stimulates a relevant discussion.

8. Remain fair!

As mentioned above already, a man sits on the other side .. Not verbal communication can be applied quite difficult and misunderstandings are almost already preprogrammed. Realize your point of view and express yourself understandably. A conclusive argumentation can prevent many misunderstandings from the front. Pay attention to the legal regulations. Caution is advisable quoting out of on copyright protected works. The publish pager news/PM/e-mail is impolite, except for its possible legal consequences, and should not happen without the explicit consent of the author. Contributions with a negative undertone as well as with offending or illegal contents are deleted or closed. This applies particularly to requests for illegal actions e.g. consignment of cracks/serial numbers, violation of copyrights etc.!


Be nice to other members/mods/admin and respect them. Disrespectfulness and insults are not tolerated. Please choose a user name at the registration in the forum which does not resemble this too much of presenters and other users. A "Private message" at first turns you to the corresponding presenter (moderator), if you have a problem with another member, and involve the board admins just if the moderator can’t help you.



9th Respect the privacy of others - and now the surprise - also your own !
Do all data which could compromise you or others in any way (file names, IPs etc.), unrecognizable in screenshots before you present the public the pictures -- this is also valid if you con on your own home page.
As well in Posts: File names and IPs can be made unrecognizable and simply replaced by XYZ or a couple of asterisks (*****) if necessary!


10th Instructions and consequence of admins and presenters have to be followed absolutely !
If you have been pointed out to a violation in a PM, then take care that this not becomes necessary again. At repeated violation of board rules your account is closed -- is valid also here: Ignorance does not offer protection against punishment.

The caution right of way signpost
A signpost is above right at everybody at the click on this this contribution is notified of to a presenter post. You should do this if a posting violates board rules or also elsewhere the good customs.

11. Use meaningful headings!

Request headline similarly "@helps me!", "I have a problem!", "importantly!", "you say what to it?" or " all " are unwanted. Headings which appear spectacular and show opposite contents are not also desired. Disregarding the rule strikingly and frequently is punished with admonition, caution or exclusion.


Use a title who describes the contents of your message. Use no special signs or only capital letters to attract attention. Is also quite important: Details to the problem into the text write and or this all log files as a quotation enclose help form use. - and give you trouble with your question at a one-line poem as "the programme does not" go nobody can help you.


Contributions and edit
If you have discovered faults or have forgotten something in your contributions. So there is the "Edit" function. One still can do his contributions afterwards edit with that. Please, the function uses if you posting what stands out, as fault shortly after yours or forget what. To this the "Edit" function is there.


Contributions and source details
The contribution has to be provided with source details if you post a text from the Internet here in this board.
It this is very importantto post the spring details , otherwise we are forced to delete the post.ly availably are, the spring details we otherwise see contributions to delete us without spring details forced.
This applies also to news of every kind.

Directlinks
Directly linking - so called hot linking - to any urls outside this boards aren´t allowed. If you want to post a link we ask you to use the [CODE]-Tags.




12th Please, use the search function

Make use of the search function available to prevent double contributions (Crosspostings) and not discuss topics already discussed once more. Please, otherwise if you hope for help with a problem, the problem and the situation describes as exactly as possible. Prefer too many words as not enough.



13th deleted or edited Threads.
If one post of you has disappeared, then do not enquire, after only, whether it was moved into another Subforum. If you cannot find it, then accept it as given that you have violated a rule. Something without reason is here never deleted , mostly moved only into the dustbin.
The presenters (Moderators) have the right and the duty to watch over the contents of the Post and therefore becomes a editing temporarily necessary. This can be carried out both with and without editing remark.


Please pay special attention to a correct notation at headings and, when using BBCode in this don’t open leave tags in the post. Tags and its use here. Pbefore mailing the post it makes sense to use the preview function. If you want to correct or delete something after posting you should use the edit-button above on the right !


14. Activating the e-mail notification
If you want to be informed at answers to your post you should activate this funktion in your profile. In the e-mail which sends the forum to you there is the direct link to the new so that you can find your thread again even when it was moved.


15. Pay attention to the measures of the pictures!
Please do not tie any oversized pictures into a posting. Putting a hyperlink at great pictures. The max. size of single pictures amounts to 600 x 600 pixels.

16th Signature/avatar rules general
A tolerable measure should not exceed the total amount of the signature, what is tolerable is if necessary defined by the presenters (Moderators).
Using an erotic, pornographic, racialist or other pictorial material violating the good customs is forbidden, the definition liberty lies with the persons responsible of the board also here.


As an avatar you can interlink to an external small little picture which then is shown to Nicks next to yours on the left.

Online signatures
Online signatures of eMule are permitted with statistical data of your eMule.
The maximum extents in pixels for the online signatures are:
600, (wide) x 80 (height) 120 KB (size) heights between 80 and 110 pixels can be tolerated depending on signature. Transgression of the 110 pixels of limit is not permitted, however!
Recommended: 468 x 60 pixel, 120 KB

Avatars mustn't exceed 120 x120 pixels!maximum file size is 120 KB


Advertising
In the signature Commercial-Banners are forbidden ! Text links are exclusively permitted in a normal type size.



17th Keep your profile clean!

In the user profile we will not tolarate links which are violating the genaral rules !At disdain of cautions the Forum owner reserves for itself to amend corresponding petitions. Violations are punished with admonition, caution or exclusion!

18th Contents

Who writes contents here provides the operator with these until uncertain time. The operator can delete contents in an estimation of his own any time; There is no claim of registered users or former users registered that contributions are deleted by you afterwards.

19th Contributions only in the right forum

Applejuice Community Board has a variety of fora which have all clearly jointed topics. Make the contributions only in the forum suitable for the topic.

Keep to the topic: Post in the right sub-forum, Questions otherwise are moved, either closed or also deleted in extreme cases(=dustbin).


Enquire with the presenters(moderators) or the administrators, if you should have difficulties in finding the suitable forum, then.

20th Accounts


User-Accounts which contain copyright protected names are prohibited.

Using a strange account also only for the fun is punished with an immediate lockout. Every user is responsible for its entrance data. If the account should be abused, then we ask for a notification so that we can shut the account in question down. This also applies to double accounts and fake accounts.

Multiple registrations of the same member are forbidden. This is valid particularly after suspensions!

It is forbidden to make your account-datas (username and password) public on other Board , Blogs , Internetsites a.s.o. - a public account will be deleted immediately !

20 a. User sub-fora
If users apply a subforum it should be clear that they are responsible as presenter(moderator) for their own subforum only !
Should they act against the interest of the board (Co) Administrator can warn the user or/and delete the subforum when necessary at any time.

21st Copyright
Copying posts out of this forum into another is prohibited !
The only ecepttion is if you have the permission of an (Co) Administrator.
Every violation of these basic principles can lead to the immediate exclusion as a user of Futuremods.de without early warning!

22nd bootlegs & illegal software & copyright protected material

Asking, extol, advertise and interlink on copyright protected contents for illegal purposes is forbidden.
Software reached to the Internet somehow illegally also comes under this regulation.

The publication of Warez and eD2k links, FTP addresses or any other protected material is forbidden. This has to be taken into account also at the publication of pictures, screenshots or signatures. This also applies to mentioning file names of on copyright protected material in a contribution.

Discussions about the consequences etc. are permitted, though.
Violations are punished depending on hardness with an admonition, caution or exclusion (kick).


22 a. originator and characteristic right
The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the used graphics, clay documents, video sequences and texts, to be of use graphics, clay documents, prepared by him himself for video sequences and texts or to go back to licence free graphics, clay documents, video sequences and texts in all publications. All brands and mentioned within the Internet supply and protected by third parties if necessary trademarks are absolutely subject to the regulations of the respectively valid characteristic right and the possession rights of the respective registered owners. Alone due to the bare mentioning the end does not have to be drawn that trademarks are not protected by rights of third parties! The copyright for objects published, made by the author stays alone with the author of the sides. A copy or use of such graphics, clay documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without express consent of the author.

Violations are punished depending on hardness with an admonition, caution or exclusion (kick).

22 b Protection of data privacy

Provided that within the Internet supply there is the possibility for the petition of personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) the surrender of these data is so carried out on the part of the user on particularly voluntary basis. The claims on and payment of all offered services is allowed also without detail of such data or data made anonymous under detail or a pseudonym as far as technically possible and reasonable.


23rd Picturehosting
CAUTION:
Pictures which violates German law or pornographic, content are, you particularly forbid and the administrator is deleting without advance notice.

Applejuice Community Board dissociates itself from the contents of the uploaded pictures.
Applejuice Community Board cannot be made liable for the contents of the pictures. Despite a steady examination is not to ensure possibly that pictures which is uploaded against German law expelled. Please, in such cases send an e-mail to Administrator with detail of the corresponding picture ID. These can gather you from the browser line.


24. Links to partner sides

The author particularly therefore explains that at the time of the linksettting the appropriate interlinked pages were free of illegal contents. The author has no influence on the current and future design and on the contents of the conned/connected sides. Therefore he particularly hereby dissociates himself from all contents of all conned /linked sides which were changed to the time of linking. This observation applies to all links put within the Internet supply of one's own and reprimands as well as to from outside entries in visitor's books established by the author, discussion fora and mailing lists. For illegal, faulty or incomplete contents and particularly for damages which results from the use or not use of information presented suchly not the one, this one alone the supplier of the side is liable, was referred to which ones about links, merely refers to the respective publication.

26. Do not send any inquiries as Private news
(Private message) to presenters(moderators) or admin and also no mails with such questions. You are ignored! For this the forum there finally is so that everyone hears about the solution of the problem!



27. no spam

Making so-called spamming contributions is not desired. The following violations of it are punished: Making contributions (Threads) and/or answers, also Crosspostings, identical in contents on a massive scale therefore this position of the same contribution in several fora. Contributions which do not fulfil any purpose but serve apparently only for increasing the contribution Counters. Contributions which aim at it to discourage participants in a discussion and/or are not good for the discussion.
An exception passes Shoutbox and OffTopic area for the group of regulars-/ this one; there may become in the well-mannered frame spam.

28th Advertising (if permised at all) only where ist authorized

Advertising commercial home pages of one's own, Hosting offers, Ebay auctions, sales of any type and also Ref IDs for money-earning on the Internet (or another way) are prohibited.
applejuice community board is not a market place for those who want to fill their purse.
Advertising to other users about the private message function is not allowed also for other boards (!!!), in principle!

29th valid e-mail addresses

Originally our forum was conceived so that the poster should be attainable via e-mail. Every user must be able to recive informations of forum admins within 24 hours !
So it is not to give a reply capable e-mail address at the registration only desirably, it is definitely one must and -- not made if deliberate, a fora harmful behaviour.

When is an e-mail address incorrect?

1. if it is written wrongly or if it does not exist
2. if the PO box is full
3. if the PO box does not accept any mails of the forum

Since this occurs increasingly lately and posting causes by the number of participants being more greatly, accounts are deactivated with an incorrect e-mail address in future. Before the user is informed about and asked to eliminate the mistake by PM. For activating once more a valid address is required.


30th Individual cases not included by the rules

In individual cases which are not included by the rules existing here the forums owner decides on basis of the facts on hand.

31st User deletion

User deletions are carried out exclusively in estimation of the administration. Also on inquiry no user account is deleted. If you have a problem with applejuice community board, simply cancel all your subscriptions and do not pay us a visit any more. The user is integrated into the forum tightly and therefore can not be deleted since the Threads and therefore the respective topic are taking out of context. 0 poster as well as inactive users are deleted twice a year over quite a long time period!

32nd Consequences at nonobservance of the rules:

Admonition, caution & kick are distinguished between:
Admonition is the simple verbal indication to adjust a certain behaviour in future.
One describes a remark as a caution on the part of the administration. Every user can have a caution (visible in the warning level of the respective user image); if there is another caution, this leads to the exclusion (kick) from our forum automatically. One describes as an exclusion (kick) withdrawing the write authorities for our forum. In special cases it can add to the exclusion (kick) without a previous caution. If a user has registered a second user name (Nick) to use this for illegal activities clearly and this is clearly evident at certain features, then this also can lead to the immediate exclusion (kick.)
